BackGenius Provider Levels
Enrollment is limited by state availability. If a state has two (2) Premier Providers, no additional providers will be enrolled in that state at any level (including the free level).
Existing doctors who elect to remain basic BackGenius providers will be eligible to remain so, if there are not 2 other doctors in their state who elect to become BackGenius member providers. In that event, all current basic doctors within that state will be given 15 days’ notice, and will have the first right of refusal to become member-providers. If not, they will be disaffiliated from the BackGenius network accordingly.***

BackGenius Provider (Community Access)
Best for: Providers who want to begin with BackGenius, stay connected, and access wholesale product pricing while exploring next steps.
Included:- BackGenius announcements + updates
- Invitations to select community calls/webinars (as offered)

Level 2 — Paid
BackGenius Premier Provider Membership
Annual option: Pay annually and get 2 months free (12 months for the price of 10) Best for: Providers who want market differentiation, deeper tools, and the most complete BackGenius ecosystem.

- Only 2 Premier Providers per state (limited exceptions: CA, TX, FL)
